What you need to know before we can emboss or deboss

We can only start the embossing and debossing process once the inks, varnishes, and/or coatings are completely dry on the paper.  If not dry, there may be offsetting or rub-off of the inks, varnishes or coatings.

We need a purchase order, job sample and press sheet before we can start your project – we need to make sure that the embossing or debossing die is an exact fit to your printed sheet before we start the process.

Fine detailed or intricate work needs to be reviewed by our production office – we will provide an assessment and recommendations to ensure that you get the result that you want.

Areas that are to be glued (for perfect binding, folding and/or assembling) must be free of inks, coatings and/or varnishes.
